Tracey Noonan is a top entrepreneur keynote speaker and the CEO and Co-Founder of Wicked Good Cupcakes, Inc. along with daughter, Dani Vilagie. Wicked Good Cupcakes was started in the South Shore home kitchen of Tracey and Dani in 2010. After much success and increased demand, they opened their first retail location in Cohasset, MA October of 2011. About Keynote Speaker Tracey Noonan

Tracey Noonan is the CEO and Co-Founder of Wicked Good Cupcakes, Inc. along with daughter, Dani Vilagie.

Wicked Good Cupcakes was started in the South Shore home kitchen of Tracey and Dani in 2010. After much success and increased demand, they opened their first retail location in Cohasset, MA October of 2011. In May 2013, a second retail location was opened in Boston’s historic Faneuil Hall Marketplace.

The company now 7 years young, has grown to be a nationally known, multimillion-dollar brand thanks in part to an appearance on ABC’s Emmy Award-winning show, “Shark Tank” and subsequent deal with Shark, Kevin O’Leary. Kevin has called Wicked Good Cupcakes, “One of his best investments from Shark Tank” on numerous occasions.

Tracey was a finalist, 3 years in a row for the prestigious Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Tracey’s greatest achievement of all has been her successful, albeit very tenuous navigation of her life’s path.

Tracey has had no formal education past high school. In her JR. Year, her father told her he would not be sending her to college simply because she was a girl and he didn’t deem it necessary.

Tracey would later go on to wrestle with 2 failed marriages, financial disaster, 3 children, many businesses started (some successful) but all of which ended before she could really make her mark.

On a personal note, Tracey not only took her parents in to live with her (Both of whom were living with Alzheimer’s Disease) but also her mother and father in law who was dying with stage 4 cancer. All this, while navigating 600% growth, only a year after airing on Shark Tank.

Throughout all of the adversity, Tracey was able to pull herself up and start over. Really, what choice did she have? By maintaining a positive attitude and her drive for success, she was able to beat the odds and become a successful mother, wife and entrepreneur.

Now her biggest mission in life, is to make certain everyone understands that the opportunity to create something, follow a dream and achieve their goals is really out there waiting for them. BUT in doing so she is upfront and honest. There is no easy path to success. Be prepared to cry a lot, worry a lot, sleep very little, eat very little and learn things you never thought in a million years you’d ever need to know.
