Tiana S. Clark (aka The Audacious Commander) is a sought-after speaker, panelist, and contributor for organizations such as The Tory Burch Foundation, Upwork, Amazon Web Services, The Urban League, Microsoft, and more.
As a global corporate tech leader, she created her own positions at two Fortune Top 10 companies, including building Microsoft’s first-ever and best-in-class U.S. Services Sales University. She also served on the Blacks at Microsoft Chicago leadership team.
In 2018, as a mom of four—and with no prior filmmaking experience—she created and executive-produced the Hollywood-award-winning web series Soci Circle to teach children to be more confident and inclusive.
She has won several awards for excellence. As a nonprofit founder, her organization received an award from Big Brothers Big Sisters for recruiting hundreds of mentors for their long waiting list of underserved youth. And as a US Air Force military intelligence sergeant, she won Airman of the Year—the most prestigious award.

Tiana currently serves on two school boards, K-8 & Higher Ed; is an Adjunct Professor of Executive Education at Northwestern University Kellogg Business School; and is the founder of Audacious Academy, a career advisory program empowering corporate professionals of color to reclaim their greatness and own their careers with audacity.
She holds a M.S. in Educational Leadership and a B.S. in Political Science with a minor in African-American studies.
