Throughout her career, Sohee has held many leadership positions. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of Organizational Development and Change Management at Warner Bros. Entertainment. Previously, she held internal leadership positions at Countrywide Financial Corporation and Jacobs Engineering Group and also served in HR consulting positions at Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Washington Mutual.

Sohee is the author of two books on mindset: Mommytracked and The Inner Game. The focus of Mommytracked: How to Take Authentic Risks and Find Success on Your Terms is helping ambitious women “tap into their inner core throughout the different phases of their lives.” Her second book, The Inner Game: Secrets Of High-Achieving Women For Navigating Work, Life, And Mindset, continues the focus on harnessing the mindset to amplify women’s authentic strengths to maximize confidence and success.
Sohee has a Ph.D. and Master’s in Organizational Psychology and various certifications in leadership and assessment tools, such as the Team Coach certification through GTCI. Her academic education was also supplemented by mentorships with globally recognized leaders: world’s top executive leadership coach and author Marshall Goldsmith; Wall Street Journal bestseller and leadership speaker Selena Rezvani; international motivational speaker Chelsea Pottenger; and globally recognized keynote speaker and executive coach Maya Hu-Chan.
