Evolve’s Simulated Learning Experiences (SLE) are unique and highly interactive .

Within the experiences teams are tested via a series of scenarios. These scenarios are built into a video-based simulation that enables the audience to drive outcomes of the session.

Our simulations are customized to suit your business messaging and align your core objectives. Our SLE programs can be delivered in three formats: self-paced, virtually or face to face.

The programs focus on adventure metaphors to emotionally engage and inspire participants. We then focus on skill development discussing topics such as:

The Evolve Horizons Simulation draws the parallels between sailing and business. The simulation has been built by filming multiple sailing expeditions on the 50ft catamaran ‘Phantasia’.

Our team has navigated the open ocean, dived with manta rays, faced fierce storms, studied ocean sustainability and managed failure. Shot in high definition HD video the simulation engages audiences emotionally, transporting them to the ocean where participants will make critical decisions
