Rex is one of few people in the world to reach the peak of their sport in multiple disciplines, not just one. At the age of 21, Rex made history by becoming the youngest Australian to climb Mt. Everest. He then went on to climb the highest mountain on each of the seven continents, the famous seven summits and was the third youngest person in the world to achieve this remarkable feat.
The next chapter of Rex’s evolution occurred high above the clouds, as he took up skydiving, and then transitioned to wingsuit flying. Transforming from being an expert in one sport to a beginner in another is a significant challenge. Despite all odds, Rex rose to the top of the wingsuit world and now competes at the world championships.
Rex’s looks through the lens of adventure to educate teams on creating clear vision, building powerful cultures, thriving in transformation and leveraging innovation to stay ahead of the competition. His keynote speaking and facilitation experience spans 16 years, multiple cultures and all seven continents.
Consistently the top-rated speaker, Rex shares insights and inspires audiences through his accessibility and storytelling expertise. Rex address thousands of business leaders each year at world class organizations and major conference events. His client list includes top global businesses, including Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Dell EMC, Panasonic, Commonwealth Bank, UBS, Fidelity International, Seagate Technologies and Genentech.
Rex continually evolves, setting stretched targets, leading high-performance teams, balancing risk with reward and constantly innovating to stay ahead of the competition.
