About Speaker Matthew Beall…
Beall formed Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers with two partners in June of 2008. As both Principal Broker and CEO, he manages over 200 brokers, agents, and employees across 13 offices across the Hawaiian Islands. Hawaii Life serves the entire state of Hawaii, conducting over 1400 transactions each year. It has more exclusive listings than any other brokerage in Hawaii and conducts more transactions at or above a sales price of $3 million than any other brokerage.
Hawaii Life is the exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate for the neighbor islands of Hawaii (Kauai, Maui, Hawaii Island, Molokai, and Lanai).
The great majority of the transactions Beall is personally involved in are conducted in private, whether for clients who prefer anonymity and/or properties that are not or were not publicly listed for sale via a Multiple Listing Service (MLS). In addition, he refers an extraordinary volume of business directly to agents in his firm. He and his firm have conducted some of the largest residential transactions in the country.
Beall produces an annual event in Hawaii called the Worthshop Series, and co-hosts the television show “Hawaii Life” on HGTV.

He enjoys surfing, hiking and traveling. He’s a musician and has played live bluegrass music on KKCR and a few other venues around Kauai. He and his wife, Elif, live in Kilauea on Kauai’s north shore.
A portion of Beall’s speaking honorarium will be donated to the charitable fund, give.hawaiilife.com.
