Khalid Al Ameri

Khalid’s experiences have included sailing on ships to Japan, working on global investments in the United Arab Emirates, co-founding Slices, a food and beverage start up based in Abu Dhabi, and completing an MBA at Stanford University. With each experience, good or bad, making him think of the world around him a little differently, and appreciate the power we all have to shape our lives.

Khalid currently a writes on regional issues such as education, entrepreneurship, and employment for The Gulf Today and Shawati Magazine. He also writes are on the lessons he’s  learned on how to live a better life, manage relationships, and do the work he loves. These lessons usually come from mistakes and improvements he’s made throughout his life.
