Andy Molinsky, a professor of organizational behavior and psychology at Brandeis University’s International Business School, specializes in behavior change and cross-cultural interaction in business settings. He regularly writes for the Harvard Business Review, is a columnist for Inc.com, was recently named a Linkedin Top Voice for 2016, and his work has been featured in The Economist, Fast Company, Fortune, Financial Times, The Boston Globe, The New York Times, and NPR.
His first book, Global Dexterity has been used widely in organizations around the world including Boeing, AIG, the U.S. Air Force Academy and the Clinton Foundation, among others. In his new book Reach: A New Strategy to Help You Step Outside Your Comfort Zone, Rise to the Challenge, and Build Confidence (Penguin, Random House, 2017), he offers a prescriptive guide to successfully stepping outside your comfort zone, in life and in business.

Molinsky received a B.A. in International Relations from Brown University, an M.A. in International Business from Columbia University, an M.A. in Psychology and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University. He has studied in Spain and worked for an international marketing research firm in France.
