As many events are live and in-person again, we wanted to share with you some important information on booking keynote speakers and requirements around visas and COVID testing.

VISAS

For events outside the United States, your company is responsible for securing any needed business/work visas for the speaker and any personal/tourist visas for speaker’s guests. This includes completing and submitting the visa application, sponsor/invitation letters, visa fees, expediting, and logistics costs. It is recommended this process begin 90 days or earlier before the event to ensure all documentation requirements are met.

COVID TESTING

As in-person events are becoming more prevalent again, many companies, and in some cases airlines for international travel, are requesting negative COVID tests or proof of vaccination. Many of our clients are paying for these services for their booked speaker. If this is a requirement of your company, we recommend a COVID test Concierge Service. With this service, a COVID tester will go to the speaker’s home and perform the test and follow up with the results in a timely manner.
