In the past few weeks, organizations across the world have been faced with conversations that have historically stayed on the other side of the professional divide. While diversity and inclusion have been important and relevant topics over the years, they have not come as front and center as they are today. Questions are being asked that leaders may feel ill-equipped to answer, and many may not even know where to start.

BigSpeak invites you to join us for a conversation with Risha Grant as we ask our own questions about diversity and inclusion, including challenges and biases we face every day.

This session will also include an open forum Q&A. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, including a option to submit anonymously. All sessions of the webinar are recorded and distributed to attendees the day after the broadcast.
