Bigspeak keynote speaker Marc Randolph has recently been featured on Bloomberg’s Best Books of 2020 List. The book, That Will Never Work: The Birth of Netflix and the Amazing Life of an Idea, explains how Randolph was able to (against all odds) disrupt the movie industry and found the giant that is Netflix.

Randolph shares his thoughts on leadership in the book and challenges readers to make bold decisions and take risks. He argues that leaders should empower their teams and truly hits home the point that the most successful companies often start with a leap of faith.
