  • Curate.
    First, our Mixing Chamber team helps you hand select (“curate”) your organization’s top thinkers and doers. (It’s not always the obvious ones!) Together we’ll uncover internal colleagues with fresh, compelling ideas that, when further developed, will generate buzz, traction and—over time—revenue.
  • Communicate.
    Then, we give this group of thinkers and experts presentation skills buy-in training from top coaches, including those who’ve trained TED and TEDx presenters. They learn to succinctly and un-boringly communicate their ideas. And present them in memorable, short-talk formats.
  • Activate.
    Our efforts culminate in a custom, live event with all or some of your work teams. Your “now-ready-for-prime-time” presenters deliver their talks in front of your broader audience. This builds buy-in as it gives groups the chance to gain insights from each other. Each talk is punctuated with custom-designed follow-up exercises and idea-application sessions so everyone can dive more deeply into each speaker’s topic.

The experience is video recorded for future use and application. An optional Activation Lab component can then come next, led by a seasoned innovation expert and facilitator.
