Prior to forming her consulting firm, Kathy Cleveland Bull was the director of training and organizational development for some 2,000 employees at The Ohio State University. Kathy Cleveland Bull has also held various leadership positions in student affairs administration, admissions, leadership development and event planning at Bowling Green State University, North Carolina State University, and The Ohio State University.
A Phi Beta Kappa psychology graduate of Bowling Green State University, Kathy Cleveland Bull has two BGSU Master’s degrees; one in student personnel and another in guidance and counseling. Kathy Cleveland Bull has served her alma mater as a member of the university’s Alumni Board of Trustees and is currently Chair of the Arts & Sciences Board of Advocates.
