Jim Curtis is an active public speaker, start-up business consultant and the President of Remedy Health Media in NYC, as well as a key leader in developing WedMD and Everyday Health. In this role at Remedy, Jim is responsible for strategy, product development and audience expansion in addition to overseeing sales, business development and marketing across all of Remedy Health Media’s digital, mobile and point-of-care product lines. The recipient of Pharma Voice’s Top 100 Most Inspirational in Health three years in a row, Curtis revamped the standard at Remedy by telling emotionally charged stories infused with immersive multimedia content—inspiring people to live better—now. Curtis is also the recipient of PM360’s Elite Disrupter Award and MM&M’s Rising Star Award and Crain’s Fastest Growing Companies Designation.
A graduate of the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire, Jim began his career trading health technology options on the American Stock Exchange. Jim is the author of the new book The Stimulati Experience, which curates transformational skills learned from 20 years of fighting a chronic health condition of his own while serving as a patient advocate. He is the creator of the documentary series Elders, an active public speaker, board member, and business coach to startup entrepreneurs.
